The winter meat share is once a month from November through April, available for pick up the first week of each month. A small share is designed for one or two light meat eaters. Lamb will be included in the mix starting in December or January. Each monthly pick up will be about 8lbs total of a mix of pork, beef and lamb. Sausage or bacon, ground beef, ground lamb or lamb sausage and a selection of cuts. $513 (or $498 if you pay with a check).
